Flystrike

The main flystrike challenge begins in spring and occurs between the months of November to March.  The timing of the challenge can vary depending on climate and regional differences, in this situation the time frame can start as early as October and last through until May.  The fly lifecycle is controlled by soil temperature which is required to rise above 12°C for adults to emerge and become active.
